We've been to every restaurant on Jost Van Dyke more than once, and without a doubt Corsair's is the best overall. My husband and I spent 9 days on JVD in January 2010 and were at Corsair's several times; the atmosphere is always fun and relaxing, the service is excellent even when it's really busy. Vinny, the owner, is a great guy and very quickly treated us like old friends. 'G', the waitress/bartender is worth her weight in gold; she has tons of personality and remembers everyone's orders and special requests, all with a huge smile on her face. The prices are comparable to other establishments anywhere in the BVI's. Corsair's does, however, have THE BEST chicken wings anywhere on the planet and possibly the best crab cakes, too. Try the breakfast burrito and the pirate sandwich with a shot of rum - unbelievably good stuff!!!
